The house is completely renovated, approximately 100 square meters with five rooms and a kitchen and has a splendid view of the lake. Down by the lake there is a rowing boat that can be used free of charge. There is also a nice swimming area just 5 minutes from the house. It is excellent fishing in the lake for pike and perch. Fishing licenses can be bought in the shop in Holmsjö. In Holmsjö there is a pizzeria and grocery store. Down by the lake there is also a very cozy cafe that is open during the summer. The surroundings offer many lovely lakes and deep forests with berries and mushrooms.
