You really can't get closer to the beach than this!! You'll have the BEST seat for nightly sunsets on the beach. The condo has been recently renovated, including luxurious coastal decor', new furnishings and linens. The full wall of sliders in the living room let in tons of natural sunlight, plus open to the stunning beach views. The updated full kitchen has sparkling white Quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, plus a Keurig coffee machine and a traditional drip coffee pot as well so you can enjoy your morning coffee from your private balcony. The bedroom features two comfortable queen beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom has gorgeous Quartz counters and a walk-in shower. Plus, take advantage of the WiFi to stay connected, and enjoy the convenience of amenities like icemaker, and the washer and dryer conveniently located INSIDE the condo for guest use. It is perfect for a long stay during winter months or shorter family vacations. The condo complex is a small resort with a community heated pool, outdoor tiki tables and both propane BBQ grills and charcoal. There's assigned by unit onsite parking and it is in centrally located in Holmes Beach close to the trolley stop. Note: We are NOT allowing early check ins or late check outs at this time. Cleaners are taking extra time to prepare the property between each guest. Our condo has a 4 guests max - we have 2 queen beds. Please do not plan to have someone sleep on our couches.

There is ONLY ONE parking space. If you are renting a golf cart for your transportation, please request a gas-powered golf cart. There is NOT a place to charge an electric golf cart. There is not enough room to have a car (other vehicle) and a golf cart.

We offer two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach towels for guest use.
