This three-bedroom and three-bathroom retreat is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and is just a few blocks from the dreamy Gulf of Mexico beaches, and shopping and dining are easily accessible via a short walk or the Island's free trolley. On the main living floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with Tuscan-inspired tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for two. Enjoy formal meals at the indoor or outdoor dining tables on the balcony and take advantage of the Florida weather. There is a sunken living room with two large sofas and a TV. Walk up the stairs to the primary bedroom, with a lovely coastal flare and a fabulous private balcony with wicker seating and great views. The primary bedroom has a claw foot tub, a step-in shower stall, a bidet, and two pedestal sinks. The second bedroom is light and airy with a TV and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests, with two sets of bunk beds, and shares the hall bath with two pedestal sinks and a tub. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available, and the living room sofa turns into a sleeper sofa. The Island is meant for getting out and exploring, whether by bike, golf cart, or even the complimentary AMI Trolley that will pick you up at various spots around the 7-mile Island. Fish with locals at the Rod-n-Reel, kayak, or paddle board the turquoise waters, eat fresh seafood from the neighboring gourmet restaurants, and soak up the Florida Sunshine. The first night was a little uncomfortable until we found some fans and got used to it. We loved the pool area, the multilevel porches, and the abundance of palm trees and plants on the property. The house had an odor that was what I could only describe as an old house or musty smell. We bought some febreeze to help with that but when we got home, all of our clothes, luggage, and hair still had that musty smell. We had a great stay over all and for the money, we would stay here again! ##### Todd M. House was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the private pool and the multiple balconies, especially at sunset. The beach was a quick 5 minute walk. We were also grateful for the beach chairs provided. Door code was a little difficult to find on property location. Had to call 2 times. Floors I don't think were mopped bc daughters feet were dirty after walking barefoot. Trash was missed and full to the brim also had to call 2 times, issue was resolved. Other than those the place was nice. Close to beach, 2 blocks away.
