The wonderfully inviting master bedroom has a large balcony that overlooks the pool. Enjoy family meals, cocktail hour, and preparing your catch of the day in the fully appointed kitchen. The conveniently located covered porch area has an outdoor TV to watch the game or enjoy an afternoon cocktail. A wonderful 18 ft. by 10 ft. swimming pool, outdoor seating, and outdoor shower make this a fabulous backyard. The gas grill is located here as well for a great BBQ night. The pool heat is $100.00 a week. Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 86 F is the highest heat temperature setting which might not be always reached. Please note if cold days and nights occur, water temperatures will drop and may stay cooler longer. Pool heaters will not operate and will automatically shut down if outside temperatures get too cold. While we take every precaution to ensure that pools are heated as specified, weather conditions may affect the temperature of the pool. Nothing can be done about this issue. Outdoor spas are not hot tubs and require heat at the additional cost. The temperature of a spa is typically set at the same temperature as the pool. In the event of pool equipment malfunction during your stay, Duncan Real Estate will expedite repairs as quickly as possible. It may be necessary to close swimming pools for maintenance purposes. No refund or rent adjustment will be made for circumstances beyond our control, malfunctions, or loss of use of equipment or amenities. There is no garage access at Sea Star Villa however there are still six parking spaces in the driveway available to use during your stay. This property is protected by video surveillance. Loved our stay, got lots of excersise going up and down stairs in the house to get to each floor but it didn't bother us. Very clean house, property manager was easy to contact. Liquor store and local bars across the street. Beach is at the end of the street, it's perfect!!! The only thing we would have changed is trimming the trees in the back. You do not get but an hour of sun in the morning by the pool. Completely shaded, not like the pics. Secondly, we stayed in Nov and paid for the heated pool. It never got better than lukewarm and the last 2 days did not work at all. It was freezing, I contacted the manager to let her know but never heard back. If we rent here again I will not waste the money on the pool heat. Other than that we were very happy. We had a very romantic 22nd Anniversary. ##### LESLEE C.
