"Sea Pirate 2" is a bright and sunny, ground-floor vacation rental condo that features beach decor, has an oversized heated pool and a patio that allows you to enjoy the outdoors. Relax and enjoy a picnic in the community pool or adjacent garden area, or go shopping in one of the nearby island shops.   
  
A Seashell Throw From The The Pristine Gulf Of Mexico two bedroom, one bath, wireless internet holiday condo. "Sea Pirate 2" is a stone's throw away from the pristine Anna Maria Island beaches. Relaxing condo sleeps up to four guests with a King bed, and set of twins. Flowing floor plan with front entry patio with table and umbrella to dine alfresco!  
  
There are so many things to do on Anna Maria Island like stroll the seven miles of white sugar sand beaches, swim in the azure Gulf waters, bask in the famous Florida sunshine or just relax by the sparkling pool waters. You will enjoy new island adventures everyday of your stay. Free long distance to US and Canada included.  
  
Anna Maria Island’s noise ordinance aims to ensure citizens can enjoy a peaceful environment. The ordinance applies to all areas of the city, including public and private property, and places of business. It defines noise as any sound that annoys or disturbs a reasonable person of ordinary sensibilities or causes or tends to cause an adverse physical or psychological effect on such reasonable person. The noise ordinance limits the maximum permissible noise levels to:   
7 AM–10 PM: 65 decibels: (Consistently shouting in the pool exceeds 65 decibels)  
10 PM–7 AM: 50 decibels: (An audible conversation from 50’ or 15 meters away exceeds 50 decibels)  
The ordinance also prohibits plainly audible noise, which refers to any sound that can be clearly heard by a person using their normal hearing faculties. This means that a person can still be in violation if the noise can be easily heard by responding officers from a distance of 100 feet from the property line. Fines for excessive noise can range from $100 to $1,000.

Your final balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Please note unless alternative arrangements are made, the bank account or credit card on file will be charged your remaining balance automatically at 60 days. If you initially paid with an eCheck and received the booking incentive, please remember future payments must also be made with an eCheck. My family and I loved the rental! It was nice and clean but most importantly felt very homie! Our favorite part was that the beach was right across and we could just walk on over whenever we wanted. We most definitely will be coming back!

Property location is great. The pool is really nice but loved walking across the street to the beach. It was close to lots of places. The only negative is that there is no dishwasher and no in unit laundry. To wash clothes you had to use the coin operated machine by the pool.
