The check-in process was straightforward and her home is immaculately clean. You can tell this isn't just a rental unit but a place she and her family enjoy for themselves. Easy five minute walk to the beach past a small shopping center where you can pick up anything you might have forgotten for your vacation. The white sands of the beach keep it cool all day. Turn left when you arrive at the water to stay further away from the area with the public parking lot. We had plenty of space to spread out on the sand. The water is a beautiful color, we met a manatee on one of our swims and the sunsets are gorgeous. ##### Adam C. Local shopping is just across the road and literally on your doorstep. A very spacious condo with wonderful views into the inland waterway and Manatee bridge. Plenty of utensils and a real home from home feeling. The place was spotless and the swimming pools very well maintained. The whole place had a real local Florida feel to it. The landscaping and grounds are so well looked after and parking made easy. There is also a very useful external lift. The 'FREE' Trolley also stops right outside :) Sonia was extremely helpful and very attentive. We have been taking vacations in this area for the past 30 years and this condo is one of the best we have stayed in for some time. The place has enough room for all of us to stay comfortable, very clean, and has everything you could ever need on a vacation. Location was great and lots of close by stores for shopping. Has 2 pools, one was being repaired at the time, but the other was great. And the price was competitive to the other properties in the area.
