Romantic 1-bedroom Poolside Villa · Heated Pool · Steps to Beach

Step out your patio door and you're poolside. Coconuts 102 is a recently updated, ground-floor one-bedroom in a quiet Gulf-front complex in Holmes Beach, with a private fenced patio on the heated pool and the beach a short walk through the dunes. King bed, queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, and an in-unit washer. No stairs anywhere. The poolside spot, not the beachfront one, and that's the point. Sleeps 4.

THE SPACE
One bedroom and one bath, all on a single floor, with no stairs and no hauling bags upstairs. The living room opens onto a private fenced patio right on the pool deck, and curtains draw when you want the room to yourself. Recently updated throughout, with central air, ceiling fans, and room-darkening shades.
