The house was clean, nicely decorated, and the screened in pool/porch was fantastic. There is a beach cart, umbrellas, and chairs, which is particularly helpful if you fly in. We had one small issue that was taken care of quickly. The management company was very communicative and the check-in and check-out process was a breeze. Pool was also very nice. Compared to other properties we have stayed on the island for less, there are some updates that need to occur to the bathrooms. The listing showed the shower but rest of bathrooms are well outdated. The air conditioning should be upgraded…..the house was hot with no real airflow and there were directions were not to tamper or lower temp because it might freeze? It’s Florida in 90+ degree weather. Last, invest in a beach wagon with proper wheels….we had to essentially pick up and carry the wagon through the sand and only one umbrella had a proper pole….if we have to sign a damage waiver for this stuff, ensure it is proper for beach. ##### Wendy S.
