Trash/Recycle-Pls use bins that are already full/in use before adding to an empty one • Trash (Green Bin near unit 122)-place curb-side Mon/fri AM. • Recycling (Blue Bin)-place curb-side on Tues AM.
• put trash/recyclables in outside bins • Set thermostat to 78° • lock windows/doors • Clean, dry and put dishes away • Put furniture back to where it was. leave beach items on front patio area.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

No cleaning/scaling fish inside or outside the townhome
Please only use nominal toilet paper, do not dispose or anything else, including wipes, feminine products, paper towels, etc in the toilets.
