I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke. I called Heaven and Frank at the office and they were of great help. Heaven had a large air purifier delivered to the unit. She also sent someone over to fix the ceiling fan in the bedroom as it was not working properly. The tv remote was very difficult to operate and I would suggest that this be upgraded to a user friendly device. In spite of the smoke residue and smell, the unit was clean and the bedding was fresh and bathrooms were clean. The neighborhood was a bit noisy at times, but we loved the pool and and the floatation toys that were left. We also loved that the beach access was very convenient. And of course we loved all of our favorite restaurants on AMI. We have been coming there for over 25 years. The stale cigarette smoke/residue was the first negative ( other than one unit having rusty beach chairs), issue that we have experienced.
