While the luxurious private yard is truly a highlight of this home, the inside will not disappoint. The spacious living room offers comfortable seating for family movie or game night. At dinner time take your pick of the formal dining area with seating for 6 or head out to the spacious patio with dining table overlooking the pool. There is no shortage of indoor/outdoor space. You will have your choice of 3 different patios and balconies for enjoying the salt air breeze. Your family can spread out and take their pick of one of three bedrooms offering a range of sleeping options. There are 2 king bedrooms, a guest room for the kids with bunk beds and twin trundle beds, as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Every bedroom has it's own TV. Two full bathrooms, one ensuite with a walk-in shower and one with a tub, complete the upper level of this home. Look no further, your family will be thrilled to spend quality vacation time Out of Office on Anna Maria Island. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION We generally require a minimum stay of 7 nights with Saturday check-in during the high season. We are more flexible in the off season so please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you! Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay. Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
