VRC16-000016 This is the Florida view you have been dreaming of... Single family home situated at the end of a natural canal with a view over the water. Sit outside, fish off our dock, take out the kayaks, or just walk steps across the street to the beach! We are mandated to a minimum 7 night stay. If you have a boat, you can dock it right outside the house! Private neighborhood boat ramp access six houses to the left. Room for boat trailer in our driveway. Our dock can accommodate a boat with a 9ft beam, 26ft LOA. In addition we have room for 2 vehicles in addition to the trailer. Set off in your own boat and you are 1/4 mile from fishing in the grass flats, 20 mins from the north tip of Anna Maria Island (Bean Point) and from there, 3 miles to the first reef. We have several ocean kayaks for your enjoyment. Launch from our dock and see the manatees right outside. Our neighborhood, has a private boat ramp about six houses to the right of the water view. We live in nearby Tampa, Florida and we are happy to make sure you enjoy our piece of paradise as much as we do. Please let us know if you need information about local points of interest, instructions with the home, or if there is something we have overlooked to make your stay enjoyable. Our neighborhood is very quiet with many permanent residents. You will find peace and quiet in the evenings. Two churches (Catholic and Episcopal) are within close walking distance. Beach access is only 300 steps away! Our home sits on one of the narrowest parts of the island, so the Gulf and Bay are very close together! You are located very near to Manatee Avenue and Gulf Drive. Very closely located to Publix Supermarket, beach stores and restaurants. Bike lanes are available on the island. Free trolly pick-up 50 yards from our home. Beach chairs, wagon and beach towels are supplied. Dishwasher and Laundry detergents are provided. We offer a level 2 EV charger powered by our own solar system. So bring your Electric Vehicle and power up for free. There is a camera mounted to the outside of the house facing the channel. The camera is solely for the purpose to monitor the channel and our boat. Should the renter desire so, the camera can be disabled for the duration of the stay. You are vacationing in a residential area where homes are in close proximity to each other. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. The maximum permissible noise level is 65 decibels (e.g., a normal conversation) between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., and 50 decibels (quiet conversation) between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. of the next day. No excessive, boisterous, or repetitive noise (e.g., shouting, yelling, screaming) is permitted. These noises can deprive neighboring persons of peaceful enjoyment of their property. A violation of the city's noise control ordinance shall subject the violator to the issuance of a notice of violation or citation. This property has everything you know you want, and will surprise you with the things you hadn't thought of! First: the house -it's beautiful with (literally) everything you need. Immaculate! Second: the porch and dock - it was hard to peel ourselves away for the short walk to the beach (and we're beach people!). From watching the abundant manatees, to taking in the beautiful vista from the perfect outdoor furnishings, to kayaking around the inlet - it was a slice of paradise. The house is one block to the most beautiful, wide beach with crystal clear aqua water. It is also an easy bike ride or golf cart trip into the more bustling pace of the Anna Maria downtown. This house had everything we wanted and more - with the additional bonus of a super-responsive and accommodating owner who was just a short text or call away if we needed him. Our only regret is not coming sooner - and if we're lucky enough to come back to Anna Maria, we know exactly where we're staying. We wouldn't even dream of another place! ##### monica m. Nice, clean modern interior, very comfortable-everything you need for your beach visit. The location with the boat dock was a bonus, allowing my nephew to bring his boat down from Tampa for the day. Annie and Oliver were the perfect host. Very spacious rooms and a beautiful kitchen with an amazing view. A family of manatees visited the dock almost every night. Oliver, the owner, went out of his way during the duration of our stay to ensure we had everything we needed. He was super responsive to our questions as well. The house itself is WONDERFUL. Super clean and plenty of space for our family, and it included so many extras -- beach chairs, umbrellas, nets and even kayaks! The house was stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing week. The house did not disappoint us -- it is clean, well furnished, with a kitchen that has everything you can think of; the refrigerator and dishwasher are brand new. The pictures are accurate; the house is lovely. The owners are very reachable and accommodating. Loved the deck overlooking the canal especially for birdwatching; favorite being the osprey eating a fish which we saw several times. The neighborhood is quiet and great for dog walking. For restaurants, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at the Waterfront Restaurant on Bay Boulevard and lunch at the Crab & Fin at St. Armand's Circle on Lido Key. The photos depict it very accurately. It has a wonderful view of the canal from the deck and the main living area. The house was spotlessly clean, the kitchen had everything you could need, there were beach chairs, beach wagon, kayaks and more in the garage. It's just a very, very short walk to the beach through a peaceful neighborhood. We were particularly happy that the owners allowed us to bring our dog along. She enjoyed it as much as we did! Oliver is very easy to work with, attentive and even checked in by text message during the vacation to make sure everything was satisfactory. The house is very clean and this is something I always look for in reviews. The kitchen appliances, TV and washer and dryer are pretty new and all worked well. The beds are very firm and not quite to our comfort level but others might appreciate that. My favorite thing about the house is the deck and the view. Comfortable Rocking chair furniture on the deck with the view as pictured looking down the canal to open water. We also appreciated how quiet it was despite other rental properties on the canal. The kayaks are very nice to have and we enjoyed taking them out. ##### Deb P. This property was everything it advertised and so much more! This was our 1st time staying in Anna Maria Island and I can truly say it won’t be our last! My favorite part of this house was just sitting with my cup of coffee or glass of wine on balcony and looking at that stunning view! I loved watching the boats coming and going, loved seeing the Manatee come close to our dock, loved watching my kids kayaking right out from dock while I sat on the balcony! The owner Oliver kept in touch with me before we even arrived to his home to make sure we had an easy arrival and continued to reach out to me throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed and make sure everything was good for us! The house was very clean on inside and everything was up to date! The house was decorated very nice and new! I felt very comfortable and at home from the moment I walked in! Master bedroom has a king bed and is comfortable! Master bath connected to room was very nice and I’m definitely getting a shower head like that one when I get home! So relaxing! Second bedroom was a queen and comfortable also! 2nd Bathroom very nice also! Kitchen was all up to date appliances and had everything we needed and more!
