This custom-built ground-floor vacation home on 201 69th Street is just steps from the white sandy Gulf beaches and offers a private, luxurious retreat for up to 8 guests. The home features 4 spacious bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and everything you need for a relaxing island stay. You will have the entire property and outdoor areas completely to yourself. Absolutely no smoking. After a sunny day at the beach, rinse off under the outdoor foot shower and enjoy the heated butterfly-shaped saltwater pool with sun shelf and spa surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Choose between soaking up the Florida sun or relaxing in the shaded patio area even during warm tropical rain showers. The spa is preset to 100°F and heats up within 15–40 minutes depending on outdoor temperature. It can be activated daily between 1 PM and 10 PM to allow proper pool heating and filtration time. Operation cannot be guaranteed during very cold weather or in case of equipment failure. Pool and spa heating are provided as complimentary amenities and do not constitute grounds for refund or compensation in the event of limited operation or downtime. When the sun sets, enjoy a peaceful evening in the tropical garden. Prepare a fresh seafood dinner on the grill and dine under the illuminated pergola while palm trees sway in the breeze. Challenge a friend to a game of giant outdoor chess or unwind in the hammock with a good book. Surrounded by lush greenery and soft ambient lighting, the backyard offers the perfect setting to relax and reconnect after a day at the beach. Inside the home, the bright open living, dining, and kitchen area features vaulted ceilings and a modern, gallery-style interior displaying original island photography by the owner. The design is uncluttered and elegant, free of decorative clutter or themed décor. Bedrooms include comfortable beds with quality linens, and bathrooms are conveniently located for easy access. HD OTA and streaming Roku TVs are available in the living room, bedroom, and outdoor pergola. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the house and pool deck. A full-sized washer and dryer are provided for guest convenience. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood of Holmes Beach, please respect our neighbors by keeping noise at a reasonable level, especially around the pool. Due to local regulations, pool equipment automatically turns off at 10 PM. The driveway and pool-equipment areas are monitored by exterior cameras with motion-activated recording for safety. There are no cameras inside the home or in the pool/spa area. Air conditioning and smart thermostats maintain a comfortable indoor climate year-round. To ensure reliable performance, temperatures can be set to cool no lower than 70°F in summer and to heat up to 74°F in winter, for general health reasons and as recommended by service technicians. Preventive pest control is performed regularly by a professional service; however, due to Florida’s warm and humid subtropical climate, occasional insects or small lizards may appear indoors despite best efforts. This is a normal occurrence in this region and does not constitute grounds for refund or compensation. Due to health issues in the owner’s family, pets, service, or emotional support animals are not permitted on this private property under any circumstances. This includes visitors of guests. The property is only one block from the sand, which made it perfect for our beach trip. The property also had a beach buggy, which made it a snap to transport our umbrellas to the beach and back. The shady pool was absolutely key—what a benefit. The AC wasn’t overly strong, but we got used to that and kept the bedrooms plenty cool. The beds were comfortable—not soft enough for me, but I like ridiculously soft beds. My husband said the bed was perfect. Overall, fantastic property. This was a huge find. You get what see in the photos. Place is super clean and renovated. Super close to the beach. Literally 2 minutes walking! The reasons I gave 4 stars: You don’t have much control over AC Someone just walked in to cleaning the the pool while we were swimming without knocking or any prior notice The shower head didn’t work in one of the bathrooms and it took 3 days to fix it. Overall I was so happy with the house what I liked: House was clean and sanitized. They had everything you need and one of the few house with dining table and sitting area for 8 when they advertise sleeps 8! Close to beach ##### Siavash A. After our original rental was damaged by a hurricane, we needed a replacement—and this home exceeded all expectations.Our group of eight (two families with kids 8 months to 5 years old) loved the pool, which had the perfect balance of sun and shade. The partially covered hot tub/pool was great for rainy days. The backyard’s grassy/turf area made it feel cozy and kid-friendly.Inside, the home was spacious, with large bedrooms and bathrooms. A door separated the living area, helping with noise when our little one woke early. The pool door alarm was a great safety feature.The location is unbeatable—just steps from the beach! You do have to cross a quiet street, but drivers were very pedestrian-friendly. It was so close we didn’t even need to pack lunches, just walked back when needed. The free trolley stop is right next to the house, making it easy to explore.The house came with a beach wagon and chairs, which were lifesavers with four kids. While no baby gear was provided, Fun and More Rentals made renting easy. The covered patio with a dining table and grill was perfect for outdoor meals, and we loved how well-stocked the kitchen was for cooking at home.The only downside was spotty WiFi, though management was responsive. Overall, this home was a fantastic find, and we’d absolutely stay here again! ##### Lauren B. It was clean and perfect for our families. There were a few minor things like more bath towels and having the pool cleaned throughout our stay. We were there for 7 nights and not a single time the pool was cleaned. It thunder-stormed a couple nights so palm debris was in the pool. The owner of the house came by out of the blue. It would have been nice if we got a notification ahead of time. The grill needs repairs also. Good communication with the management company. We arrived early and when we asked to get in early and pay for it, we were denied. We had kids 3-17 with us. The cleaning and maintenance people had already been there and told us they were done. But management wouldn’t let us in. So we sat in the rain until our designated time. I mean we knew we would be earlier but it would have been helpful if they were kind enough to let us get the kids out of the rain. This is a beautiful house with all of the amenities. Location is perfect for beachgoers. It was great for our family of five, but could easily accommodate a few more people. The layout is perfect for a group and we enjoyed the spa more than expected! We swam, played chess and enjoyed the beautiful weather in the evenings watching football outside.
