The pool was well heated and clean. Although its a duplex sharing the pool this wasnt an issue. Could do with a few more beach chairs as there was only 3 available. We had an issue getting into the property initially with the code provided but this may have been our issue as it appeared to work OK for the agents when they came to investigate the next morning. Being our first VRBO rental we were scared but the hosts answered all of my questions quickly and made us feel welcome. It was an easy walk to the beach and we felt safe letting our kids walk there on their own. Even though we were sharing the pool we never saw the other guests as they swam at night and we swam during the day. The garage was stocked with every beach essential we needed and we really enjoyed having a beach cart to haul everything in. One thing I didn’t see in the listing was the washer and dryer.
