Four Beach Lovers Unit 4 is a garden-view retreat in Holmes Beach — not Gulf-front, but close enough that guests consistently describe the walk to the water as shorter than they expected. One guest counted it: fifty steps around the building and you're on the beach.

Unit 4 faces the tropical gardens rather than the Gulf. Your covered patio with a four-top table and chairs overlooks lush landscaping, a gazebo with a softly running fountain, and porch swings in the shade. The sound of the Gulf is always in the background. The garden side of Four Beach Lovers has its own atmosphere — quieter and more private than facing the water, with a different kind of beauty that guests come back for year after year.

Here's what sets Unit 4 apart from Unit 3 next door: Unit 4 has the same full square footage as the Gulf-front units. If you want the most spacious garden-view option in the complex at the best price point in the complex, this is it.

The 2025 renovation rebuilt everything. New kitchen with full-size appliances, dishwasher, and a wine fridge for chilling a bottle before the fountain goes quiet for the evening. New bathroom with a walk-in shower and modern fixtures. All new furnishings, linens, and smart TVs in the bedroom and living room. The entire property runs on solar power — one of the few vacation rental complexes on Anna Maria Island that does.

The king bedroom is a peaceful retreat. The living room sofa sleeper handles two more guests comfortably, sleeping four in total. Fast 1-gig WiFi and a full cable package are included for remote workers and rainy afternoons alike.
Beach chairs are stored onsite — fifty steps and you're using them. Charcoal grills are available for cookouts. A shared laundry room serves all four units. Linens, towels, and beach towels are all provided.

Four Beach Lovers has four units total. Units 1 and 2 face the Gulf directly. Units 3 and 4 offer garden views at better pricing — with Unit 4 offering the full square footage of a Gulf-front unit.

Holmes Beach is the quieter, more local part of Anna Maria Island. Publix is a couple of blocks away. Walgreens and a small shopping center are nearby. The free island trolley stops close by — explore the full length of AMI without moving your car once you've parked.

Four Beach Lovers Unit 4 requires a one-week minimum stay and includes parking for one car. This property is not pet-friendly.

Noise Ordinance: You are vacationing in a residential area, the quiet hours are 10 PM-7 AM. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
