Nice for budget friendly AMI vacation.

Overall this unit was in good condition and worked well for our family and pets. Strong cigarette smoke odor was only negative for our stay.

Charming House

Let me start by saying this is the second time I've stayed at this location and we love this house! It's the perfect size for our little family. This time started off kind of iffy. We arrived at the house and immediately noticed that the housekeeping never came to clean up after the last visitors. I called Vacasa and they said they would have someone right out to clean and bring supplies. I received a call a little later that they were having problems getting a housekeeper to the property, so they told us to move to side B of the property. When we went in side B it was perfect. I love the way they handled the situation in such a timely manner. Odds are our next trip to Anna Maria Island will be spent in the same house.

Fantastic home for family getaway

Family just needed somewhere to sleep comfortably while we enjoyed all the island has. Everything in the home seemed to be brand new and had zero issues with anything. If you need a simple place to stay wile you explore this did great for us.
