Coral Breeze (Units A and B) is your new paradise. Each 2 bedroom 2 bath side of this adorable duplex features everything you need for your island vacation. The master bedroom features a king sized bed with an en-suite bathroom with walk out access to your tropical tiki patio and private heated pool. Second bedroom features 2 twin size beds.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the amenities you would have at home. A gas grill is also provided outside.
You are just a 2 minute walk away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico where you can watch breath taking sunsets, or spend the day playing in the sand and waves! Explore all Anna Maria Island has to offer with its unique boutiques and fantastic restaurants, either by foot or taking the free Trolley ride. You may even want to book both sides of the duplex for family reunions or large gatherings where you could sleep 8 and have TWO pools and four bedrooms. There is a gate between the pool areas so you can easily maneuver from one side to the other.
Dogs up to 40lb are welcome. Pet fee is $200 per pet plus taxes.

Our house on AMI was amazing!! Perfect location with just a small walk to the beach. The pool was great and the house was very clean. Will stay here again!!

Location of the property was great! Pool was constantly 81, which was great for the kiddos, even when the outside temp was low 70s. Only wishlist for this property would be more spices (simple as salt/pepper) at the house for cooking and food storage - had to improvise on storage and buy spices. Would stay here again!

The property was a short walk to the beautiful Gulf beach and the backyard oasis with private pool made it hard to decide where to spend our sun filled days. The home was comfortable and had plenty of room for four adult guests.

We loved this duplex! We had friends on the B side and the kids loved running back and forth through the gate to the other side. House was small but perfect for 2 adults and 1 kid. Clean, well furnished and stocked. Beach access was really close!

Very cute little house which was perfect for 4 people. We loved the pool and how close it is to the beach. It took longer to load the beach cart than it did to walk to the beach. The house is in a great location and it was very quiet. We were very pleased.

We had a wonderful time!!! Everything was as pictured and very clean. We needed a blender and the property manager dropped one off that same afternoon. Would definitely recommend to someone looking for a home within walking distance to beach. It was about a block away from public beach access. We had an amazing time!

Good location. Quiet area and close to beach. Enjoyed the covered area which allowed us to sit outside and take a break from the sun. Only 1 mile from Pune Avenue shops. Only issue is kitchen did not have oven mitts and no grill utensils. Also no flat baking pans to heat up food in oven. Overall this was very nice

We love the privacy of the pool and the proximity to the beach. If I had any complaints, I would say the floors could be cleaned better and the beach cart would be better if it was a wagon.

Silverware is an issue with many rentals, solved the problem with a trip to Dollar Tree (6 spoons for $2.50) and they wanted to reimburse me. Misty, Kevin and Rose were both helpful and pleasant to deal with.

The stay was overrall good. We love the island. This property was OK. Need some updates, like the A/C that needs to be replaced, it dosen't work properly, the cleanliness.... not so good.... the pool was dirty at he time of the check in...

The covered parking lot is ideal for getting in and out dry in the rain or getting into a car that is not overheated at midday when it is very hot. The covered veranda is also a big plus. We used the small table in the pool almost every day for an aperitif in the pool, a great way to end the day. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook for 3 weeks. We also used the barbecue almost every day and the steaks were simply delicious (tip: buy the meat in the Chop Shop, Bradenton - 1A quality). In 5 minutes you are at one of the most beautiful beaches, and the small beach trolley was perfect for transporting the cool box and the tent.We will also book the Coral Breeze A for our next vacation on AMI. We will be happy to come back again and again.

The living room furniture is ok, not the most comfortable, and an ottoman or two would be great to add for improved comfort. The kitchen is nice, slightly tight, but functional. However, the dishwasher needs to be replaced as it washes dishes poorly, the wheels on the bottom basket keep falling off and it doesn’t dry dishes at all. Overall, this place has become our go to place when we visit AMI

Our family loved this rental! We have two littles (ages 5 and 1) and they loved the pool. The walk to the beach was very easy. This rental is in a perfect location. We will definitely stay here again! We ended up using the washer and dryer almost everyday even though we didn't anticipate that. I would recommend bringing laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent as these came in extremely helpful. We really appreciated having access to a broom and vacuum during our stay because our littles can be pretty messy. We loved the beach equipment and pool toys left by other renters for others to enjoy. We were thankful for door alarms with our littles. Overall we had a great experience and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Some restaurants to try Ginny and Jane E's and Dips ice cream. We loved these! Wonderful memories made!

Upon arrival, the temperature was close to 80 degrees inside the house. It took over 40 minutes for the ac to kick in. We noticed later that evening that the master shower wasn’t working. I tried it, my husband tried it without success . Several days in the row we switched on the shower again, without success only a few drip of water would come out. I emailed the property manager without getting a response until I emailed them again the day before we left. I took a video showing the shower not working and emailed it to the management in my first email . I requested a credit for a non working master shower. They replied back today with a video showing a working shower and basically telling us we did not know how to turn on a shower and literally making fun of us in the video, so disrespectful!!! The pool pump was also leaking, landscaping lights and pool light were not working so you we were not able to swim past sunset. Master bedroom felt like a basement room, no windows and master bathroom had a tiny window. The house is in a great location but it needs to be updated, too many small non working items. The pictures they provided are deceiving and have been photoshopped . I would not recommend this property based on the management. We have contacted and booked a different rental with a different property management for our next 2 week vacation rental in Anna Maria.

Coral Breeze is the place to be.The unit was stocked for meal prep. The knives need a sharpening though.Having laundry on site is appreciated, along with 2 bathrooms, clean and true to website pictures. Having a telephone landline and rental directory that states responsibility of everyone, was helpful. The ele tricity/power to the unit and the air-conditioning did fail, and were back up running quickly.The master bathroom had a funky odor. All the concerns were shared with the maintenance office. Florida Realty were professional and resourceful.We will be returning!
