Tucked away on a peaceful canal street in Holmes Beach, this fully renovated coastal retreat has been designed with both comfort and style in mind. With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, including two luxurious king master suites, this home is the perfect getaway for couples, friends, or families looking to experience the best of Anna Maria Island.  
  
Step inside and you’ll immediately notice the open, airy layout and upscale finishes throughout. The spacious living room offers plush seating and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day on the water. Just beyond, the dining room opens directly to the backyard through wide sliding doors, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living.  
  
The brand-new kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring high-end appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island with seating. Whether you’re cooking a family meal or mixing evening cocktails, this stylish space makes entertaining effortless.  
  
Two king suites provide plenty of room to relax, each with a private ensuite bathroom. The master bath is truly spa-worthy, with a deep soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and a double vanity. The third bedroom offers a plush queen bed with a full bathroom located in the hall, just steps away.  
  
Outside, the tropical backyard invites endless days of lounging and fun. Float in the heated pool, soak in the spa, or dine alfresco by the water. The dock is perfect for fishing or tying up a boat (up to 27 ft, lift not available), making this an ideal choice for those who love to be on the water.  
  
With its prime location in Holmes Beach, you’re just a short golf cart or bike ride from Anna Maria’s white-sand beaches, charming shops, and local restaurants. Whether you’re seeking adventure or relaxation, this home offers the perfect balance of both.  
  
Please note this rental requires a 28-night stay. If your dates do not appear available on the booking calendar please contact us as we may be flexible.  
  
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBO  
  
At the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.   
  
We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.   
  
Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.   
  
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION   
  
We generally require a minimum stay of 28 nights at this home. Please send us a message if your dates appear unavailable. We may be able to accommodate you!   
  
Housekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.   
  
Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.
