Very clean upon arrival with everything we needed. The pool was great - and being July we spent most of our time in the pool. The yard games were fun, the property was very private and had good shade. Plenty of chairs and towels. A great beach was just a block away. Not super busy or crowded. We had rented a golf cart so that was our main transportation to the beach or anywjere else on the island. The house has an outdoor shower around the side entrance to the backyard which was super helpful for rinsing off after the beach. Or rinsing off after a dip in the pool. Only negatives were getting use to using the door alarm on the pool side door wall. It is a legal requirement I guess and takes getting use to the first day. After that it was easy. Both families agreed we would stay at this house again. We had the best week! ##### Max S. The house was even more spacious and beautiful in person. I didn’t want to leave. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, and we loved the very short walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. Came with a family of 3, but this would also be a perfect house for a girls’ trip. Pool and yard area are immaculate. Highly recommend. Our only disappointment was the cleanliness of the home. I have an Airbnb and am extremely sensitive to how clean my property is. We cleaned while we were there but vacumn cleaner doesn't work well, I took some rugs out and shook them after we arrived and they were full of sand. We found small toys left under furniture and a teaspoon left under our bed. I washed the rugs in our bathroom and can't tell you the last time they had been washed. This is the selling point plus the location to the beach. When our grandchildren, ages 3 and 4, visited they could easily walk to the beach. The downside of this property is that it was not very clean.... hair in the tub upon our arrival and clutter everywhere. For example, there was 33 glass flower vases and 30 throw pillows. Just a lot of extra stuff for not much space. There was also no dresser in the second ensuite. Also, there is an alarm on each of the doors so you could not keep doors open even when there were no children in the house. It also took the management company 24 hours to respond to our call that the pool heater was broke. When they did finally come, they needed to then call the pool man so we were without the pool for three days. Thankfully the weather was good. ##### Cindy H.
