As soon as you step out of this house, your toes will sink into the beach sand as you overlook the turquoise blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. You can hear the waves crashing throughout the home, with incredible ocean views from almost every window on every floor. The house includes a private beach, giving you and your guests the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the water. If you are coming to Florida for the beach, then this is the perfect beach house for your vacation. The three-bedroom and two-bathroom home is comfortable from top to bottom. All nicely appointed dining furniture and living room furniture, to include leather couches and grand ceiling fans. The charming beach décor throughout the home creates the perfect beach vibe and a comfortable, homely feel. The kitchen provides everything a guest could need and more. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large kitchen island. The house also has a nice washer and dryer. The large windows offer a spectacular view of the ocean from the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Three sliding glass doors lead out to the spacious deck, equipped with a table, chairs, and a gas grill, for oceanfront meals or a glass of wine at sunset. Below deck is a private beach for you and your guests to enjoy, which connects to the main beach. The spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed overlooks the beach and ocean. The temperature of the outdoor shower was PERFECT. Then, we move outside and the decks and patio were GORGEOUS! Literally, steps from the beach and so close to the water. It was perfect, even BETTER than the pictures do it justice. David was so easy to communicate with and we are thankful for being able to stay at such a sweet spot. ##### Allison A. The porch and furepit were excellent places to hangout while babies were napping. You could not be handier to the beach nor have more perfect sunset viewing. Sand castles and sunning were easy to enjoy with all the toys and the excellent perfect soft AMI sand. The kitchen is well stocked and allowed for visiting with others in the large living room. We were ready to rebook for the next season, but the home was already booked! No surprise! ##### Liane E. The house is beautiful, and the layout worked well, with the boys each having their own room on the main living room level. The primary suite on the top floor had incredible views and we enjoyed the sound of crashing waves lulling us to sleep every night. It is also the perfect place for watching sunsets at night. The house had a number of beach chairs (6?) and an umbrella in good working order to use out on the beach right in front of the house. The house is also stocked with lots of sand toys, a couple of balls, and a boogie board in the garage tote, but no coolers, not really essential anyway since the house is right on the beach. There were also plenty of books and games/cards at the house. The kitchen was well stocked w pots/pans/keurig/coffee pot. Note: I might bring an insulated wine cup if I came again since they only had glass. The house is located right in holmes beach south of manatee beach, which made it easily accessible from the mainland / airport / etc and also very close to Publix and a strip mall w a Walgreens, dunkin and a few cute restaurants. (We had breakfast at the toasted mango cafe and recommend for breakfast.) We walked down to the public beach a few afternoons and the kids got ice cream, and often there was live music later afternoons. We loved this place and hope to come back again soon! This place is a beautiful beachfront tiny slice of heaven. With its glorious ocean views & peaceful sounds of the crashing waves, especially at night, you will find yourself feeling stress free and tranquil in no time. It is hands down the cleanest and most organized place I have ever rented (and I am a clean, organize and sanitize queen (lol) and I was impressed and very pleased upon arrival. It comes equipped with mostly all of your needs and if there is something you do need it’s location is prime and within walking distance of a few places you can get what you need in no time. (As well as in walking distance to one of the best breakfasts on the island….(I highly recommend La Creperie). David is a wonderful host who was very kind, attentive, informative and quick to respond to any questions I had. All of these reasons and more are the reason it’s our second year renting this place and why we will be back again next year. Thank you again David! :) ##### Amy T.
