The cottage features a delightful sun room, complete with a TV and a twin bed and twin trundle, providing a great spot for lounging or accommodating extra guests. The small backyard is perfect for outdoor dining and gatherings, with a six-seat dining table where you can enjoy meals al fresco. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or having a sunset dinner, the peaceful backyard setting is sure to be a highlight of your stay.

Maximum occupancy of rental homes on Anna Maria Island are set by the Cities and are strictly enforced. An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted.
