Perfect location! Quaint spot just outside of the city centre close to UoB. Sam and reception staff incredibly friendly. We could have chatted for hours if we didn't have an itinerary of things we needed to complete before the end of the day! Would definitely recommend a stay here.

All was fine exceot for the design of the washbasin in the en-suite. The basin itself was situated at the back of the countertop and if you are short, like me, you had to lean across a great expanse of countertop to wash or clean your teeth and make a lot of mess - bad design!
