"The Derg House was perfect for our stay with lots of space and wonderful views from the house and from the garden. We enjoyed all aspects of the house with seating areas for all types of activities. Around the fire pit in the evenings was an especially lovely time and we saw the Aurora Borealis which was very special. Definitely a prime location for trips and for seeing family in near-by Nenagh. Across town was an Aldi and another small supermarket. Check in was a breeze and Kenneth was wonderful. "We, a group of six, spent 3 days taking day trips and the location assisted in making them easy to come and go from. The apartment had firms beds, abundant towels and a great working kitchen. We found a supermarket and a liquor store a few steps away. If you can climb stairs this is the place for you."

"This was our first trip to Ireland and we chose the Granary as a home base as we visited many different sites. It is a great location for day trips to Kilkenny, Cliffs of Moher, Waterford, Cahir, Rock of Cashel, Cork and Dublin. Bee is a wonderful host! She met us when we arrived and showed us around. The home is very clean, well appointed and quiet. Upon leaving we didn’t have to worry about any chores which was wonderful! Highly recommend!"
