The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
CHECK OUT
- Check Out time: 10am
- Towels and Linens: Place all used towels on top of the washer machine. Clean, unused towels can remain as they were found. Strip used linens & place on bed.
- Dishes: Place any used kitchenware in the dishwasher and start it
- Trash: Please take trash out and place it in bins under the A/C units outside of the house along the neighbor’s side of the house
- Other: Ensure all lights & appliances are off.
- Lock up: Ensure back doors are locked. Lock front door w/ smart lock deadbolt ONLY.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
