We may not be oceanfront, but it feels pretty darn close! This townhouse is one of the most desirable locations on the island. Enjoy casual dining or local gift shops within walking distance to town. Visit The Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue & Rehabilitation Center to learn how to protect our endangered/threatened sea turtles. Walk out the doorstep, through a private access ocean view breezeway. In less than 100 steps, you are on the beach watching the crisp blue waves hit the shore. Enjoy shark teeth hunting in one of the most well-known shark tooth islands along the East Coast. The location of this property could not have been better. Essentially oceanfront as it’s only 20ish steps to the beach from the front door. Ability to be anywhere on the island or across the bridge in 5 minutes or less. This would be a great stay for bike riding but our kids are too young for that. Property was clean and well appointed with kitchen utensils, etc. Washer and dryer work well although a few of our items came away with tiny rust stains that we’ll have to work on at home but I’m sure will come out. Dishwasher worked great and was quiet. We would recommend this to any family considering staying in Surf City. ##### James B.
