Dog Friendly! Your family will simply be over the moon at this spacious 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, pet friendly home located on a dead end street in Surf City. This home sits on an oceanfront b-lot where you can easily take in the ocean views from your covered porch on the top floor of this reverse floor plan home. Enjoy comfortable furnishings and coastal decor throughout while you catch up with family here. The popular reverse floorplan puts the living spaces on the second floor to maximize the views! The spacious and open floor plan make it easy to spend time together eating, cooking and laughing all in one space, with a dining area that seats six with room for four more at the counter. Large windows let in lots of sunlight and great views and the sliders provide access to the covered deck. Two large decks (partially covered) offer gorgeous views of the ocean and comfortable deck furniture for relaxing. The ground level of this triplex has covered parking for 3 vehicles with room for one additional car in the driveway. Beds were comfortable. However, the room with the bunk beds was very hot, and there were two box fans in the closet we had to get out and use. The microwave stopped working half way through the week, with a house full of teens, that was definitely a necessity. They brought us a new microwave at the end of the week. Overall, it was a great house. Close to the beach….this unit is not oceanfront but it’s close. We would stay here again if we ever go back to Topsail. If you have younger kids, there is not much to do in Topsail and most of the places close early. Something to think about. ##### Julie M.
