Great condo
My husband and sons loved this condo! Plenty of space and ocean front! Can also see the sound! I’ve been visiting this island for 40+ years and this is the cleanest place I’ve stayed! We hope to stay here again in the future. Thank you!

Clean, comfortable, great location
We love this location! This was our second stay at the Queens Grant condos. First stay in this unit. The condo was very clean. In fact it was the first time in years that we didn’t feel the need to re-wash all the dishes before using them when renting a place. Having 2 young kids it was a pleasant surprise to find so many details directed towards the kids enjoyment. The overall stay was great! We would definitely rent again.

We have young children as well and love staying at places that have toys and games directed toward younger kids! So glad you enjoyed them! I try to put new board games and toys in the condo each season!

The condo is just like described. It was nice to just get away and relax. Communication with the owner was excellent. We were not happy that you had to get a subscription to the tv in order to watch most things.

Best short beach vacay
This condo has an amazing location. Listen to the ocean sounds all night and browse for shells on the beach all day. I had adults in the bunk beds and they said they were not super comfy but they did not complain about staying a second night.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at Queen’s Grant. The location was perfect between Topsail and Surf City which made it easy to go out for meals and have activities to do. The pool was very nice and access to the beach was so convenient with great items in the storage unit for use on the beach. The host responded to one of our questions within minutes and everything was as great as it could have been.

Perfect Location
The condo was exactly as advertised and they even provided linens! It was clean and check in was super easy. The view was amazing and we had two beach access points to chose from. My family enjoyed fishing sound and ocean side. We will definitely return!

My wife and I love Topsail and this condo was great. The place was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. Karen was easy to communicate with and responded promptly. I would recommend Karen buy an updated television for the living room, as the current one is nearly unusable because of its super-laggy performance. Also, the view from the sliding door to the balcony was fantastic, but there is no curtain! Please, please, please hang a curtain over the sliding glass door. The view is great, but sometimes people just want a little privacy. Ultimately, we enjoyed our stay but a couple of improvements do need to be made.

Great beach trip!
Our family had a great time, between the beach and pool all the kids had their bases covered which limited the amount of fighting aka great trip for the parents! The condo was great, it had everything we needed and more. Food was exceptional, def recommend the mini doughnuts and the topsail island take home broil!

We enjoyed the condo. Loved the deck overlooking the beach. Nice tall deck chairs! Kitchen was nice, with pretty good supply of items for cooking. The only complaint was that the mattresses on the beds were not comfortable!! Otherwise, it was a nice place.

My husband and I visited for our Anniversary. We were excited about the Condo and especially all the amenities. Having access to the waterway for fishing and access to the pool was an added bonus. Beautiful beach, great location
Having stayed several places on the Outer Banks over the years, Topsail Beach was a real gem and we'll definitely be back. The unit was as advertised, and had everything we needed for our short stay during Spring Break. Having to rent linens was a little frustrating, and I didn't see this in the property notes when I first booked, but for whatever reason I think this is fairly common for the area.

Amazing stay!

The kitchen drawers were very nasty, the master bathroom vanity top looks like someone dropped a bowling ball on it , the vanity itself was in absolute horrible condition from water damage. I would not recommend this place.

Nice condo on beach
This is a nice condo on the beach. Location is key. Steps from the sand. It’s decorated standard beach house decor. The issue is the noise from above. We could hear every single footstep, ball bounce, etc. There is one white noise machine. It wasn’t relaxing when we were met with an onslaught of footsteps overhead while trying to relax. Know this before you go.

The view from the balcony was amazing! The only complaint I have was the kitchen was not clean. The sink had molded food in the strainer and the coffee pot was full of old coffee! The cleaning crew never checked the coffee pot or the sink.

Perfect location - Topsail
This rental was perfect. The view from the balcony was exceptional. The condo was extremely clean and was the best one that we have ever rented. The beach area was perfect and many sea shells on the beach. This was our first time of many trips to Topsail we plan on returning for future trips to this rental. On our first day we were able to see the baby Sea Turtles hatch and go to the ocean. That was an amazing experience. Karen was absolutely wonderful to answer any questions. We plan on returning next year for more fun! This was a trip that we will never forget! Our family loved this rental and we cannot wait to return.

The condo is in a good location on Topsail and the berries of the beach are beautiful. The kitchen is well appointed with the basics although you will need to bring all your consumables including bed linens and additional paper products. We would gladly stay again.

The room had a nice view of the beach along with chairs for everyone to sit outside and enjoy. Our girls found toys hidden away in the childrens room and were thrilled! The host explained how we would have to bring our own toilet paper/soap etc so we did, there were however some stowed away in case we would have forgotten! The room was located on the second floor which was not the most wonderful thing with young children but that was listed in one of the reviews, so we knew that going in. Everything was very accurate to the post.

Amazing beach view with best pool
My family is very happy with this accommodation. Our favorite things: 1)The pool is one of the best and nobody was there with us Tuesday through Thursday. 2) The beach was quiet and not crowded. There was often nobody nearby. 3) The view of the beach is amazing, can see the sunrise and the beautiful full moon reflecting off the ocean in the night, could see my family while sitting on the balcony and the furniture is really comfortable and seats six. 4) The dining area in the living room is really crowded but lots of seating with a table for 6 and 4 barstools although to use all the seats at the same time would take some maneuvering. The futon couch was surprisingly very comfortable to sit on, didn't sleep on it. There are 3 piers and many ice cream shops. Just 2 minutes away is the post office, bigger playground, putt putt and arcades, bicycle rentals, live music and restaurants, gift shop and more. There's not near as much as surf city but that's why we chose Topsail Beach for its peacefulness. There are only 2 downsides to this condo: 1) The numerous stairs. There are obviously two flights of stairs to the condo then two more flights and a sandy hill to get to the beach. My calves are so very sore. 2) The master bed sinks in worse than any bed I've ever slept in. You can see it sinking with nobody on it. In the night, my husband and I are rolling into one another and it's impossible to stay on my side. The kitchen was stocked. We loved having a TV in every room. Wish sheets were provided as well as paper towels and toilet paper. There was hand soap and trash bags. The locker is for this room only and is full of great stuff for our use like chairs, umbrella and beach toys. All things considered it was an amazing deal and I'm set on coming back.
