There is an issue with small black ants and this is primarily due to the location in the trees. Regular treatments would most likely take care of that. The house was simply not ready for renters. The drawers, fixtures, shelves, and decor were absolutely filthy. The kitchen and pantry were full of unusable items and unsuitable to utilize as would be expected. (for instance, rusty grater and rusty pans, no drinking glasses). There was no place to put our own supplies in the pantry since it was full of dusty decorative items, diapers, and a dog bed. It took two day's worth of repeated calls to the company to get the issue addressed. This was in addition to a leak in the kitchen plumbing. (They did fix that issue immediately, but it was clear the issue was known before we got there, as a bowl had been placed to catch the leaking water.) Also, one bed was listed as a queen, but it was actually a small full.
