Perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable. It was quiet, but maybe because we had no neighbors on either side. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable. We love to cook, and the kitchen could have used a few more cooking utensils and big pots, but we managed to make do.The pool and hot tub were nice after a day at the beach. The walk to the beach was very easy.
