I was very suprised how quickly they responded and how often they checked in with me to make sure everything was going ok. The house was amazing and the location was awesome.. My only suggestion is better shower curtain rods and maybe set the pool to a warmer temp when it is colder outside.And Branson, is just awesome. 10 fun filled days! ##### CARL S. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Great for kids, from the game area to the pool they were always entertained. The house was very clean and just beautiful. We were a family of 12 and had plenty of space. The pool and hot tub thrilled the kiddos and the play room was enjoyed by everyone. We were so impressed with Eagle's Landing! It had absolutely everything and more to make our stay great. Everything was exceptionally clean and the beds were really comfortable. The whole family enjoyed the games, pool table, shuffle board, Pac-Man, hot tub, indoor pool, and amazing views. It was quiet and we enjoyed the location being just minutes away from all the entertainment Branson has to offer. We've traveled all over the country with our four sons, and this vacation has been our very favorite. Awesome fishing right behind the house, perfect location for all Branson activities and the house itself was amazing. The gameroom is high quality and loads of fun. Very clean. The indoor pool stayed cool and was so refreshing after being a tourist all day long. I highly recommend this home. ##### Chris O. Bedrooms were spacious, and plenty of bathrooms. Two tiered deck was nice with the changing temperatures and sunlight. Hot tub was a plus. Only wishes were for more of a view (e.g. cut some of the growth back) and the pool was super chilly (unable to use as temperature was like cold water out of the spicket.) ##### Jarrod T. Ideal amenities for our whole family. The only issue we encountered was the temperature of the pool. After a call was placed maintenance came out and addressed the issue. Our stay was Great! The one problem we had we the pool heater was not hooked up. We booked this home due to the indoor pool for the kids and it was too cold for them to enjoy. If the pool heater is working then highly recommend but if not then save your money and get one of the houses next door ##### David G. The location right on the river is wonderful, has a very secluded feel even with the other cabins on the street. I would rate the house 9.5 out of 10\. Only two minor things keeping it from being a 10 is the small tub/shower inserts in the two downstairs bathrooms, large walkin showers would have been prefered or larger tub/shower inserts, the entire time you're showering the clear plastic curtain is sticking to you because there is only about 24 inches between the curtain and the back wall. The other minor observation was the number of cigarette butts thrown off the upper and lower back porches all in one small grass area behind the house. We went in the winter and was hoping to use the hot tub but because of the extreme cold weather something was wrong with it but they did try to have maintenance fix the issue. But did not any success. That was not a fault of theirs. The kitchen was lovely and big and had almost everything we needed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The game room upstairs was so fun even for a bunch of 60-year-old women. ##### Lori G. This was our first experience using VRBO. We were very pleased. Everything was great. We arrived after midnight and had a small problem but they got it taken care of right away. Very impressed with quick and friendly communication. The property is beautiful in a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood. There was construction going on but we hardly noticed. Plus they quit early. The kitchen was a dream several sets of beautiful dishes . The porches and the view was my favorite. Loved seeing firefly’s. The pool was sparkling clean . Home was the perfect size for all 6 of us, without feeling confined. From the game room, complete with board games, shuffleboard, pool table and basketball hoop game, to the indoor pool - there was always something to do! Everything was clean and comfortable with lots of comfy seating. However the absolute best were the views of the water that provided stunning sunrises, sunsets, and especially the low layer of fog. We loved the location which is convenient to Branson and Big Cedar. Plenty of wonderful restaurants to choose from and of course all that the area has to offer for entertainment. The only slight negatives were there was no true “master” bedroom with a larger bath area (but all were plenty big enough), and the tv's require a slight learning curve to operate. If or when we return, we will want this rental home again, so I think that says it all! ##### Linda S. You can sit in the hot tub on the deck and watch Trout fisherman floating down the lake while they fish. The home is gorgeous with a fireplace, 3 bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms, a pool, hot tub, pool table and more! We had a fun vacation and enjoyed spending some relaxing time on the deck! When you get to Branson, there is so much to see and do! There are shows and tours and exciting places - too many to get to them all! However, you will be happy to come back “home” and enjoy this beautiful slice of heaven on Lake Taneycomo! Surprisingly, Door Dashers are happy to bring you food from any one of the many wonderful restaurants! The people in the area are so kind. We loved this place, and we will be back! Absolutely amazing home that is close to the Big Cedar properties and has everything you could need. The home is spacious and incredibly nice and the views of the river are great.
