The apartment was a great size and easily accessible. It was clean and lovely.
The issues we had were the front door to our building was damaged and didn’t open consistently. In addition, there was a disconnect between hotels.com where we booked the room and Kensington house and we were never sent our check-in instructions. Since they don’t have staff onsite, these types of issues were more stressful cause they don’t have a quick fix.

Be careful about paying at this property as on a recent stay my Credit Card was charged twice. Furthermore the holding deposit still hasn’t been returned and sat in ‘Pending’ status. Booked a stay early August (3 weeks ago) and whilst the receptionist stated she made a mistake double charging also stated that a refund request was put through to the Head Office. I’ve call 3 times so far and still haven’t had my refund or the holding charge releases. That’s a total of £500 I’m still waiting to be reimbursed !! When I called for the 3rd time and requested HQ’s contact details, I was refused ! This is nothing short of unprofessional and withholding of funds.

"Unfortunately our trip was cut short a night earlier, staff were unwilling to refund the lost night, and not even refund the 2 breakfasts which we thought they would at least refund,as were £26, as we booked with hotels.com, they said,although yourselves contacted them and tried getting us a refund ..."
