(1,000 reviews) The entire staff was phenomenal. I would like to point out Lea and Anastasia. Both helped me tremendously from breakfast (which Lea ran exceptionally) to random tourist questions I had (Anastasia was so helpful and patient). The room was lovely, the breakfast is tasty and many options and the overall vibe was classy but comfortable). I would definitely stay again. The one thing i must point out was the construction. The drilling and noise was present from my first arrival day to my last full day. I stayed 8 nights. I guess bad timing for me because it was constant. No way was I ever getting an afternoon nap. Again, not reflective of any of the staff just,bad timing for me booking during their upgrade. Other than that.....the stay was phenomenal!!! Thankk you !!! (477 reviews) I was provided a small bottle of prosecco, liter of soda water, and many snacks inside my room. The room had a kitchen and fridge. A nespresso machine is provided but you have to either buy pods at the bar or buy some from a store. I would have preferred coffee and tea bags instead. Easy transit options, 20 minutes from the tourist stuff. It was nice being away from the craziness. Sheet was on the bed and 2 duvets that were small. I had to use both duvets. Under the sheet was a thicker blanket but when I pulled it back there was a hair under it. I would stay again because the price and location was great but consider bringing my own sheets.
