"Room was clean, ac worked fine, however it was almost like the windows were open the whole night. Noisy due to traffic on highway. Need better windows on the backbside of the hotel."

When we checked in and got to our room it was open, the window was open, and the room was nasty. If there were any other places available I would have left that minute. There wasn't even a toaster at the "continental breakfast" OR coffee. Worse hotel experience of my life. "

"This is an amazing property. Very spacious and so lovely. It was a wonderful stay. The staff is so kind. The rooms are large and very clean. The grounds are beautiful. It’s also close distance to the town of Sturbridge. Cute coffee, ice cream and nice cafes. I can’t wait to come back!!"
