"Food was very nice and location for those wanting to stay at in Wells. However, our room was dirty. Dirty shower mat and dog hair on the floor - as dog owners we appreciate dog friendly hotels but this was not nice. The bed was also very old and uncomfortable."

No clean towels or any bed linen.. warm the owner who couldn't get hold of the cleaner but managed to get her daughter to come and tidy a bit clean the bathrooms etc and had to go out to get new bed linen .. we ourselves had to sweep the conservatory ..."
