A beautifully remodeled garage apartment-style rental in a peaceful neighborhood that is centrally located off of highway 19. Perfect for exploring the local towns and sponge docks of Tarpon Springs.

The space is very cozy and quiet. Super clean and bright. It is perfect for 1 or people. The hosts provided a few extras (water, pop, chips, toothpaste and toothbrushes) which was very nice.

Quaint and clean

Studio- sized apartment that packed a lot of hospitality!! Everything you could want was available! The decor was very homey and the bed was comfortable. Had some minor issues with the internet being a little slow but nothing that would prevent me from coming back!!

Nice little place to get away to

The apartment was clean and well decorated. The coffee and snacks were a definite plus. Close to Tarpon Springs and the beach. The owners were very friendly. Only downside was the step up into the bathroom which I didn’t see and the wrong code was posted on the check in instructions. The correct ne was posted on a message. Would definitely stay again

Great little place with a very nice host

I liked how the place was super-clean when I arrived. Everything you need is here - I greatly appreciated the microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. The bed was comfy, and all the appliances worked well. The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. The only flaw for me was the very small dining table - but this is a small place and anything larger would take up too much room. Some folks might find this a little tight for two people, I hope you like each others a lot, ha. For one person like me iI was fine, and highly recommended

Comfortably cozy

Sea Breezes is small but perfect for one or two people and very nicely decorated and furnished with a dual leather recliner and TV in the living/dining/kitchen area adjacent to a snug bathroom with tiled shower. The bedroom has a comfortable bed and spacious closet and a big TV on the wall. The unit was a former garage enclosed by the owners/hosts, who couldn’t have been more friendly and accommodating. Although it’s in a suburban neighborhood right off a main two-lane road there was no noise at night or during the day. It was a restful 4-day stay for us. Centrally located in the Port Richey area, it was an easy commute to local beaches, parks, restaurants and, of course, a Super Walmart.

For it being just myself, I absolutely loved the coziness of the small apartment! It had everything I needed and more. I would most definitely book again if I am back in the area. I think anyone would love it. The only thing it was missing was a washer and dryer. Regardless, it's a 5star stay.

A good place to sleep

If all you want to do is go there to take a shower and sleep then this is the place. Comfortable bed, good shower. Nicely decorated. Need a large coffee pot. Need to do something about channels you have to sign into your own streaming accounts if you want to relax and watch tv for a moment. Other than this... It was a really nice place. The host is really nice and they do not bother you while you stay. Thank you for allowing us to stay and thank you for a comfortable stay!

PERFECT GET-A-WAY

We wasn't in town very long and got in late our first night. Everything was extremely clean and this was the most important to me and had any appliance we could ever need. The beach chairs came in handy but really was hoping for an umbrella. Even though the hidden gem of the apartment was behind their residence we never had a problem with noise or they respected our privacy. Perfect for a couple.Thanks for the sweet card and gift!
