Ferienhaus zum Entspannen
Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub im Ferienhaus am "Bärchenflüsschen" verbracht. Das Haus liegt geschützt und ruhig in einem Wäldchen ca. 1-2 Minuten Fußweg von der Ostsee. Den Strand hat man teilweise für sich allein. Das Haus selbst (vor allem die Küche) sind sehr komfortabel ausgestattet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Man hat sehr sehr nette Vermieter vor Ort, die uns auch noch hilfreiche Ausflugs- und Einkaufstipps gegeben haben. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, größere sind ca. 15 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Wir hatten eine sehr erholsame und entspannte Zeit, weil wir uns hier so wohl gefühlt haben.

Verliebt in Lettland
Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen bei Georg und Elita verbracht. Das Haus und seine Lage sind ideal zum Ausspannen. Das kleine Kiefernwäldchen mit reichlich Blaubeeren vor der Tür und der kurze Weg zum Strand war für uns als Familie ideal. Der Strand gehört einem alleine - besser geht es nicht. Wir haben die Zeit in vollen Zügen genossen.

Wunderschönes Haus, tolle Gegend, supernette Gastgeber
Das Haus der Familie Meier ist wunderschön (großzügiger Luftraum im Koch- und Wohnbereich, Wintergarten, viele große Fenster, Kaminofen …) und wartet mit zahlreichen durchdachten Details auf (z. B. eine superschicke Duscharmatur von hansgrohe!). Das Haus liegt in einer tollen Gegend (2 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, Naturschutzgebiet und Fluss zum Paddeln um die Ecke, etliche Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe …). Familie Meier sorgt erfolgreich für das Wohl der Gäste. Was will man mehr?

Idyllisches Kleinod in paradiesischer Lage
Wir haben eine Woche in Apšuciems, in dem modernen und sehr liebevoll eingerichteten Haus "MajasMara" verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter ist besonders hervorzuheben. Für Naturliebhaber und auch die, die es nicht sind, ist die ruhige top Lage inmitten von Blaubeeren und der See vor der Haustür ein Paradies. Es führt ein kurzer Weg durch ein kleines, den Himmel durchlassendes Kiefernwäldchen zum keineswegs überlaufenen Strand. Der weite Blick auf die See ohne Menschenansammlungen lädt zum Träumen ein. Insgesamt ist Lettland ein Land, dem wir bewusst "Auf Wiedersehen" sagen; das gilt auch für das kleine, urige Dörfchen Apšuciems und erst recht für das moderne Haus in landestypisch angepasster Bauweise, mit einladender Veranda, großraumigem Wohnzimmer mit integrierter moderner und vollausgestatteter Küche, Schlafzimmer, Bad und Abstellraum. Der obere Bereich mit Waschgelegenheit und Toilette ist eine Oase, erst recht für Teenager. Das Gesamtobjekt ist überaus gepflegt mit wunderschön angelegtem Garten und gemütlicher Sitzecke. Das heimelig eingerichtete und mit liebevoller Handschrift der Gastgeber ausgestattete Haus hat ausschließlich selbst gemalte Bilder an den Wänden und zeigt insgesamt viel Freude zum Detail.
