The staff was very rude and unprofessional and he called me a dog for some reason , my car was broken into and stuff stolen outside my room and a lot of homeless people fighting in and around property, ac doesn’t work and tv didn’t work and shower was only luke warm at best.

We arrived early in the morning, after two weeks of prior travel, expecting to drop off our luggage and find things to do in Portland until check in at 3...but they were able to get us into rooms right away! This was great news for my Dad, who is 90, who was exhausted from our long trip. He was able to rest and relax from the very start. What a relief! I am very grateful to the shift manager (Emily) and the whole crew.

"This property is in severe need of updates. Our room door barely latched, there was a very rusty fan in our room with no A/C. Restaurant staff was not knowledgeable, bartender tried to give us cheap wine after we ordered a specific glass from the menu. Food was good though."
