No delay in being taken to our room, our luggage already waiting allowing us to get settled in. The entire place was clean and tidy. The staff takes a lot of pride in the hotel. We had a garden view room and we loved having a cup of coffee on the deck each morning. The breakfast was amazing as well as our beautifully presented meals. Given the resort is on the west side of the island, the view of the sunsets each night was amazing. We ate dinner in the restaurant and had bar food a couple of times during our stay, both were great. We had a wonderful stay at The SandPiper and we'd definitely recommend. Amazing hotel, as a returning guest, all the staff were as helpful as ever delivering a personal yet professional service. It’s great to have them all back after 6 months of closure! There are a few things for consideration - the hotel could do a better job giving information and options on activities to do - boat tours, snorkeling, hikes, spa treatments at the sister hotel etc. As someone who doesn't know what the island has to offer, you rely on the staff to help guide you. The other thing, which is sort of out of the hotel's control is the presence of children.
