"Place was under renovation. First floor totally gutted and littered with construction debris. Had to walk through there to get to elevator. Stayed on third floor which was new and nice. Felt unsafe as one door on the floor being renovated was propped open. We were not informed of any of this at the time of reservation and no discount was offered. "

"For our very first VRBO experience, this one set the bar really high! Tom is an exceptional host! The home was cozy and quaint. The perfect place for our little family get away. The grounds are beautiful!! Tom was inviting and the sweetest man! He met us at the front door to welcome us and he checked in to see if we needed anything. If you’re looking for the perfect place, you found it!! He had yummy treats in the fridge, plenty of water and a cute snack bar. We utilized all of it! Beds were comfy!! Much like home! We were able to relax in the hot tub at the end of our days there, which, after hiking, was much needed! Sadly, because we left so early in the morning, we didn’t get to say goodbye, but Tom checked on us via text on our way home, and then hours later, checked to make sure we made it home safely! Who does that? Only the very best people would!! I HIGHLY recommend Green Acres! You won’t find a better home and host! Thank you for the best experience Tom!!! "

"Our family enjoyed our time at Skyridge Villa. The drive to the house was interesting, specifics were not given about the one lane, lots of potholes drive to and from the house. Only that in inclement weather, you would need a 4-wheel drive vehicle. In icy weather, I think it would be extremely dangerous. But the house was well-stocked and had lots to do! The view was incredible and the beds were very comfortable.The house was a little older than what the pictures showed and the outside upper deck was a little dirty, we understand it's outside in the woods, but it looked like deck could be power washed.Other than that, we had a pleasant stay. Thank you!"
