This is a lovely property in a beautiful spot. We stayed in one of the historic rooms in the main building. It was comfortable, quiet, and the water pressure was excellent. The three course dinner with wine pairings was delicious and beautifully presented, if a tad pricey. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. A unique hotel experience that we would definitely do again.

Cute ski hotel w/sauna in basement
"We stayed in the Geilo Hotel, a short walk from the train station, before continuing on to Bergen. It's very cute inside! Our room had a nice view of the mountains, and it was easy to walk to the lake for a hike. The only weird part was that toilet was oddly placed in the bathroom. P.s. they're not ..."

"This is a ski resort,but we were there in June. Nice rooms,excellent restaurant and very easy parking! Not much around the hotel itself,but it had a lot of activities. Pretty much halfway between Bergen and Oslo if you are driving."
