The room was small, but clean and tidy. The bathroom had a large vanity mirror, which women of my age need in the mornings! The staff are friendly and helpful.
There is a large choice available at breakfast. Make sure you inform them if you want vegetarian (I didn't, so did not ask for anything specifically vegetarian, that was not out).
It is 10 minutes walk from the train station or 3 minutes from a tram stop.

"July 06/26: The hotel is very dated! room, bed, bathroom not clean. I used 2 packs of disinfecting wipes to clean at least the most used service. parking was not always available. "Hotel cancelled 90 minutes before we were due to check-in, so we never actually went to the hotel. It looks really good from the pictures & Robert from the reception was really nice during our email correspondence. I hope to visit some time in the future."
