Welcome to your perfect getaway in the heart of Hohentauern, Murtal, Styria! Our charming 70 m² superior chalet, nestled in a picturesque chalet park, offers an idyllic retreat for up to 4 guests. Multiple terraces offer breathtaking views of the Steiermark as the region transforms into a winter wonderland. The south-facing wooden structure provides a cozy, rustic charm with ample space to relax and enjoy the scenery.

This Chalet is in a central location, just a few meters from the slopes, perfect for skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. The enchanting forest and serene lake are both 2 km away, offering a peaceful escape into nature. Essential shops and supplies are conveniently located 2 km from the property.

Enjoy the open-plan design that includes a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. The kitchen also includes cutlery and cookware for your convenience. Free Wi-Fi and satellite TV keep you connected and entertained. There are two elegantly appointed bedrooms with comfortable double beds which ensures a restful night's sleep. A modern bathroom with both a shower and a bubble bath inside for ultimate relaxation.

Das Objekt ist in einwandfreiem Zustand. Top geputzt. Es sind nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die mich persönlich gestört haben. Meiner Meinung nach zuviele Töpfe und Pfannen im Schrank, da kann man durchaus etwas aussortieren. An einer Stelle im Bad fällt langsam aber sicher die Farbe von der Wand (hinten an der Wanne). Für meinen Geschmack ist die Technik im Haus, Fernseher, Radio und Soundsystem etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Den zweiten Fernseher im Schlafzimmer kann man auch weglassen (viel zu klein). Die Spielesammlung ist leider auch schon sehr abgegriffen und könnte erneuert werden. Einziges Sicherheitsmanko ist die Treppe mit der darunterliegenden Küchenecke an der man sich wiederholt stößt. Auch die Dunstabzugshaube steht zu weit in die Küche. Auch hier stößt man sich wiederholt.

Wir hatten eine tolle Erfahrung. Die Lage war perfekt mit atemberaubender Aussicht. Es gab viele Annehmlichkeiten in der Nähe zum Skifahren, Wandern und Rodeln. Das Haus war luxuriös und makellos sauber. Die Tatsache, dass es in der Stadt nicht viel zu tun gab, war eigentlich ein Pluspunkt für uns, da es für einen ruhigen Kurzurlaub sorgte.

Bei der Ankunft wird der Empfang der Schlüssel zu sammeln nicht eindeutig gekennzeichnet und wir hatten hier zu sehen, weil die Lage zu den Hütten der Nähe war. Die Hütte selbst war warm und sauber, wir hatten gerade selbst die Betten machen, in der Regel ist dies nicht, als ob ein Paket ist obligatorisch. Aber das Haus selbst war sehr komplett, die Betten gut, es war von allem genug, auch das Internet. Die Aussicht ist großartig! Wir hatten nur ein paar lauten Nachbarn, aber die Lage ist schön, viel schöner als die Webcam schon sagt, viele Möglichkeiten zum Skifahren, aber kein Massentourismus, auch während der Weihnachtsferien!
