"Great location right next to the Porta Nigra. Our room was quiet and had a great view of the valley outside. The staff was very kind and helpful. The bathroom in our room could use an update/remodel, the use and wear were apparent and the shower drain backed up."

When an issue was raised by him, which I was in disagreement with, my perception was he was condescending and misogynistic. He made me feel guilty and like I was an idiot. I am not those things, .He has no diplomacy ..."
