Welcome to your home away from home at this beautifully spacious 5-bedroom house in Hockley! Designed for comfort and relaxation, this property comfortably accommodates 10 guests, with room for up to 14\. With a large garden, BBQ area, ample parking, and plenty of space to relax or entertain, it's the perfect choice for a family gathering, group getaway, or special occasion. This home is professionally manage by Pass The Keys. 5 Generously Sized Bedrooms: The house boasts five bedrooms, including 5 double beds and 2 single beds. There's also a sofa bed in the living room for additional sleeping space if needed. While it can accommodate up to 14 people, it comfortably fits 10 guests for an ideal experience. Comfortable Living Areas: The spacious living room offers a relaxed space to gather, with plenty of seating for everyone. It’s the perfect spot for movie nights or cosy chats after a day of exploring the area. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook up meals, including modern appliances and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Large Garden & Outdoor Deck: Step outside into the spacious garden, where you’ll find outdoor furniture and a BBQ located on a decked area. Perfect for summer evenings, family meals, or simply relaxing in the fresh air. Ideal for Groups: With its spacious layout and large garden, this home is ideal for family reunions, group holidays, or celebrations. You’ll have access to the entire house, including the 5 bedrooms, the living and dining areas, the kitchen, and the garden. There is off-street parking available for up to 3 cars, making it convenient for larger groups traveling by car. My property management team will be available 24/7 via email or phone to assist my guests. Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned; professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay. The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
