"Breakfast,the eggs was very cold,the potatoes, nothing was hot or worm. Staff,doing the check in was very helpful,told the agent,that I wanted to do the check at 12.00pm,a leave the room before 12.00 pm.before doing the check out the house keeping rushig me to leave the room,I had to go to the front desk .I was very disappointed . clean room the bathroom was not clean, not enough towels for four adults,"

"Room-The room 710 was clean but the condensation kept the bathroom floor outside the shower dangerously wet. More importantly and shockingly, there was no grab bar anywhere in the bathroom where the floor is consistently wet due to condensation. The tile outside the shower is slippery. The bathroom should be inspected because it is a tragedy waiting to happen. I notified the front desk staff who promised to tell management. Staff- the staff was professional and courteous. Breakfast-I choose to have all my meals outside of hotel. Bar- bar was good. Was able to watch the games. Wished happy hour was extended like the other Embassy in West Palm Beach"
