"This suited us well. We had 2 little dogs and needed a pet friendly place. The room was thoughtfully presented with a bed, water bowl in consideration of our pet. The place was very clean and fresh."

"The room had been renovated and was done really nice. Very comfortable stay and would definitely stay there again as I travel for business. Only tip being a lady needs a full length mirror and a hair dryer. Very nice room and big screen tv."

"Absolutely hassle free stay. We had a kitchenette room. No problems with anything. Comfy bed. Instant hot water, beautiful soft towels. Can't fault it. Infact we stopped again on our way home."

"The property was very well situated in the town and was easy to locate. Mark greeted us at the door (although they had given really clear instructions in case they were not there). A lovely sour dough bread loaf greeted us in the morning and we made to feel very welcome. It's a beautiful home and we had a fabulous time there - couldn't rate it highly enough!"

"Parrots Nest it a wonderful place to stay. The cottage is delightful with all you need for a lovely and relaxing holiday. The sound of the birds each day and the cows and the lambs made our stay even more special and restorative. Very close to the town of Millthorpe with cute shops, cafes and a great museum, especially the scavenger hunt. Even in the cold of Winter, the cottage was cozy and inviting and the stars on a clear night were breath taking. Thank-you to Virginia for making our stay a memorable one and for answering any questions I might have had. If you are after a home away from home, away from the hustle and bustle of life, Parrots Nest is for you."

"An excellent property for a large family getaway. Every room has an ensuite, there are multiple kid rooms. Kitchen is well equipped. Did not get to experience the pool but given its July not surprising. TV upstairs and down. Hosts are very accommodating and easy to deal with. Plenty of room for the kids to get outside and ride bikes, play tennis or just explore. Not far from town. We will definitely be visiting again."
