Clean spacious accommodation. Has everything you might want. Our host was lovely, he had milk, bread and condiments supplied for us til we got to the supermarket. Only negative I could think of was no soap holder in the shower no AC but fans were supplied and it's Tassie so who really needs it. Overall loved our stay and would recommend it highly.
Had a great stay, the room was clean and in a very central spot in Hobart.

The room was clean, the laundry facilities looked like they've never been cleaned.
It was an inexpensive $10 AUD on UBER to the Salamanca restaurant area.
Although the exterior of the property is in need of a lot of maintenance, the room was clean, warm, comfortable and well equiped. Easy walking distance to shops and tourist attractions. John, our host, met us on arrival and was pleasant and helpful.

Nice location without the noise of being in the centre and good value for a 2 night stay. Grocery and some nice spots for breakfast and lunch nearby. Great walk along the Hobart Linear Park (Rivulet). Also not far to Cascades and the Female Factory.
We enjoyed our stay here. Jason met us at the road so we wouldn’t miss the driveway when we arrived. He was able to give us recommendations to some shops and restaurants and showed us the ins and outs of the apartment. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, supplies and basic condiments. We would stay here again.
A lengthy stay for a national tournament and central to all our needs. Hosts were understanding when check-in was extremely late due to delayed flights and waited up for us. Would book again if down that way again
The apartment was perfect for me, walkable to shopping, Sandy Bay, and CBD. Important to me was the proximity to the Hobart Hospital and hospice ward; and the owners’ willingness to accommodate any changes of plan relating to my friend’s illness. It is in a quiet area, easy to self- cater, easy to heat and with a comfortable bed. The chickens and wallabies in the garden were a plus.
I stayed at this property for 6 weeks. It had everything I needed, was serviced weekly and the hosts were responsive to any requests.
It is a great location, close to the city.
I enjoyed my stay here and would stay again, especially for a long stay.
The property is old but has the most amenities you might need for a short stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The owner is responsive and professional.

Plenty of room.
Lighting in lounge/bedroom and kitchen was poor - bathroom mirror light didn't work. TV seemed to be on its last legs.
Access to first floor was difficult with luggage.

We really enjoyed our stay, we had a bit of trouble finding the place as our phones were not working to call, loved the garden, berries, breakfast stuff left for us, and the artwork.
