The Space: Light and bright, this elevated one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is conveniently located in central Hobart, with endless cafes and restaurants all around. Sleek, minimal design, the space features an open plan kitchen, living and dining area along with a workstation for those travelling for business. The living area streams in plenty of natural light, with cityscape views to enjoy throughout the day and evenings. The kitchen features granite bench top, modern oven and appliances, including dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Warm, welcoming living area with cosy recliners to unwind in, and a split-system for added comfort. Spacious bedroom with Queen sized bed, and electric heater to stay toasty during crisp Tasmanian evenings. The property includes a secure underground car park, as well as convenient elevator access. For a morning brew, take a five-minute walk to Coffee Darling or Sunbear Coffee, or try one of Westside Laundry’s incredible deli-style sandwiches.
