Book direct would be my comment. Wotif also didn’t allow for any cancellations. Bedrooms were a great size and so were the bathrooms. Unfortnately we didnt get the appartment we thought, Amy Street which looked very light and airy. The colonial style house we got was not impressive. The furniture was dirty and stained. Kitchen chairs broken, when you pulled them up to the table, they would trap your hands and legs. The cupboards were dirtymessy and not at all to a standard for guests. Not even a kitchen sponge to eipe anything. When you travel you dont want to be buying cleaning ptoducts. If you want the house clean when we leave, at least supply basic cleaning product. Moonah apartments, Amy Cottage, was very clean and comfortable for our quick trip to Hobart. The layout was 3 bedrooms - 2 queen beds (one with ensuite) and 2 king single bed, suited us perfectly. It was nice they supplied a big jar of drinking chocolate and ground coffee for the percolator, plus your normal satchels. The backyard is enough to accomodate a few cars as well. Worth to note that the house is located in quiet residential area, and it is around 5 to 10 mins drive from the downtown Hobart. Interesting suburb would not recommend night time walks as there were some interesting characters wandering around. Clean tidy and excellent facilities suited our dual family visiting situation.
