It comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests, making it an excellent option for families and groups eager to explore Tasmania. Within a brief 5-minute walk, you'll find coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets. A 15 minute walk alongside the Derwent River takes you down to picturesque Long Beach or head the other way into Hobart's CBD and the renowned Salamanca waterfront. The Space: This lovely home offers a warm and welcoming feel from the moment you step inside, offering the perfect place to relax after a day of adventures. Sink into the plush sofas, catch up on your favourite shows on the large flat-screen TV, or simply unwind. The fully equipped kitchen features ample counter space and all of the appliances you would need, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy your home-cooked meals at the dining table, or take yourself outdoors where you can dine al fresco on the patio. The three bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished, providing a restful retreat for all guests.
